Secure product destruction provides secure disposal of confidential or sensitive commercial products according to the needs of the business, whether because the product is expired, recalled, damaged, or commercially sensitive.
Secure product disposal guarantees the complete disposal of products, essential when there is brand or product sensitivity in the public space.
Depending on the type of product, we may provide dedicated bins to ensure ease of transport as well as secure storage and monitoring during collection, transport and destruction.
Wherever possible we will employ methods to increase resource recovery or recycling outcomes, and will collaborate with you to meet your resource recovery ambitions and reporting requirements.

What happens to your secure waste?
Before collection, your products will be assessed based on the type and quantity of material that needs to be destroyed to determine the appropriate collection method and recycling and resource recovery opportunities.
Once collected, products are transported to a certified secure facility where they are processed and either re-purposed into new products or securely disposed of at licensed facilities.
For food products that require destruction we will often use de-packaging machinery to remove organic food from packaging and then transport the residual food waste to one of our certified Organics Resource Recovery Facilities (ORFF), including at Lake Macquarie and Port Macquarie.
The remaining packaging will then be cleaned, with branding removed, and recycled where possible.
The entire process is monitored at every step, and Product Destruction Assurance Certificates are available upon request.
