Our Board provides strategic direction and governance, supported by an expert Executive Leadership Team. Our diverse national management team cares for the corporate and operational functions of the Australian business.

Björn Becker
CEO / Director
Prior to joining the Australian team in early 2018, Björn has held various executive roles across the REMONDIS Group in Germany. Björn has been with REMONDIS for over 20 years and with extensive experience in general management, business development and mergers & acquisitions, Björn is committed to growing the Australian business operations as CEO and Director of the Australian Board.
Raphael Landgraf
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Director
A process driven finance professional with experience across the banking, automotive and IT sectors, Raphael joined the REMONDIS Group in Europe in 2016 and subsequently joined the Australian team in 2019. Holding various senior management roles within the Finance function prior, Raphael was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Director of REMONDIS Australia in November 2023. With expertise across Finance, Controlling and M&A, he has a strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in successfully navigating strategically complex and business critical matters.
Nathan Radley
Chief Sales Officer (CSO) / Director
Initially qualified as an Environmental Engineer, Nathan has developed both strong technical capability and commercial acumen delivering national product stewardship and recycling contracts for many of Australia’s largest organisations. Formerly with Thiess, Nathan joined REMONDIS in 2012 as National Operations Manager and then General Manager of the Integrated and Managed Services business unit, delivering innovative waste management and recycling solutions for complex clients. Nathan was appointed Chief Sales Officer and joined the Board of Directors of REMONDIS Australia in May 2024.
Ishrar Ali
Chief Operating Officer – North (COO) / Director
Ishrar is a highly experienced executive manager of business operations and people, with experience across the agriculture, property, waste and environment sectors. Formerly with Thiess, Ishrar joined REMONDIS as Resource Recovery Manager in 2012, becoming General Manager of Queensland in 2019, and joining the Boards of our joint ventures with Arkwood, fgf and LMS Energy. Ishrar was appointed Chief Operating Officer – North and joined the Board of Directors of REMONDIS Australia in January 2026.
