we collect from you will depend on what products or services you request. Specific
details on each product or service are detailed within their Terms & Conditions
outlined on your service agreement, contract or transport agreement.
When you provide us with personal details ie, when applying
for a REMONDIS product or service we will request personal
information such as your name or business name, contact
person and phone number, address, bank account details,
an ABN and maybe an e-mail address. This information is
fundamental in order for you to open a customer service
account with us, and so that we may contact you when necessary
on issues relating directly to the product or service.
This practice is consistent with all REMONDIS branches.
We will not use your personal information for any purpose
which is not related to the products or services we provide
to you or for any purpose for which you would not reasonably
expect us to use the information. Your information may
be used within REMONDIS to enable us to offer you other
products and services that will enhance our relationship
with you. It is your decision whether you wish us to provide
this service to you. We will not sell or disclose your
information to any individual or entity outside REMONDIS,
for marketing purposes.
All stored customer information is protected
from unauthorised access through the use of secure passwords and user log ons
or other security procedures. It is our commitment to ensure your information
is kept as accurate as possible, and we may from time to time endevour to check
